Refund Policy
1. Pricing
A hosted Case box costs US$8 for your first month, then US$15 per month, prepaid. US$5 in starter AI credits is included once with your first month and has no cash value. Each payment covers one month of service for one computer.
2. First-Month Refund
If Case isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions or forms. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank.
3. Cancellation and Renewals
To stop your subscription renewing, email ishant@case.computer before your next billing date. Your access continues until the end of your paid period. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund a payment already made. Renewal payments are non-refundable.
4. Effect of a Refund
When a refund is issued, your box and everything on it (files, sessions, credentials) is permanently deleted.
5. Request a Refund or Cancellation
Email ishant@case.computer from the address you paid with and tell us whether you want a refund or to cancel your subscription. We respond within one day.
